Bake Sale & Live Auction on Sunday, June 1st, here are the important details to keep in mind regarding baked goods:

Bake Sale Items (individually packaged treats to be sold at tables):

  • These should be packaged and ready for sale (cookies, brownies, cupcakes, etc.).

  • Please drop off all bake sale items by 9:00 AM on Sunday, June 1st.

  • Volunteers will begin setting up early, and we want everything ready for first service attendees.

Live Auction Baked Goods (larger, showcase desserts):

  • These are full items such as cakes, pies, trays of pastries, etc. that will be auctioned off individually.

  • Please drop off all auction items no later than 12:00 PM.

  • This ensures we can arrange and label each item before the auction starts in the Fellowship Hall after second service.

Additional Notes:

  • Label all items clearly with what they are and note if they are nut-free, gluten-free, or have any allergens.

  • You can drop items off in the kitchen or the designated bake sale table area on Sunday morning.
